There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representatives Kubina and Bunde: Page 1, line 1, following "children" (title amendment): Insert "and pregnant women" 1998-05-06 House Journal Page 3569 HB 369 Page 1, following line 10: Insert a new paragraph to read: "(13) pregnant women who are not covered under (a) of this section and whose household income does not exceed 200 percent of the federal poverty line as defined by the federal office of management and budget and revised under 42 U.S.C. 9902(2)." Page 1, line 6: Delete "a new paragraph" Insert "new paragraphs" Page 1, line 10, following "42 U.S.C. 9902(2).": Delete "."
